The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving regional sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and maintaining existing client partnerships. The role requires a results-driven individual with strong sales acumen and a proactive approach to business development in the Hygiene, Hospitality, Healthcare, Mining, Industrial, and General Cleaning sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target sectors.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and performance objectives.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Actively promote and represent the company’s brands and product portfolio.
Build and sustain long-term customer partnerships through exceptional service delivery and regular engagement.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support of new clients.
Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback.
Uphold company values and ensure compliance with all operational, ethical, and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements
Key Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric (a relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is advantageous).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Candidates with a technical background or experience in the Hospitality, Healthcare, Mining, or Industrial sectors will be given preference.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Professional presentation and strong customer service orientation.
