Employer: Regal Distributors SA (Pty) Ltd
- Graphic Design: Create engaging visual content including emailers, social media posts, digital banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Marketing Strategy Support: Work with management to plan campaigns, promotions, and content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Product Photography & Content Creation: Take and edit product photos, assist with creating lifestyle and promotional imagery.
- Email Marketing: Design and send newsletters and promotional mailers to customers.
- Digital Advertising: Assist with managing and optimizing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics across platforms to measure success and inform future campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals and messaging align with the company’s brand identity and tone.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva Pro
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Competent with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Basic photography and photo editing skills
- Comfortable working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Creative thinker with strong visual sense
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and proactive “all-rounder” attitude
- Take ownership of a complete marketing function
- Learn across multiple marketing disciplines
- Work closely with management on strategy and growth initiatives

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and or digital content creation (agency or in-house experience an advantage)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
- Exposure to marketing strategy or campaign planning
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
- Diploma in marketing, Communications, graphic design or a related field
