The Junior Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting with client communication, preparing quotes and invoices, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the company. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, accurately processing sales information, and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients via email, phone, and in person. Obtain and interpret client briefs and requirements.
Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients.
Follow up on pending quotes and convert approved quotes into invoices using company software.
Maintain updated sales records and client information in company systems.
Assist with sales reporting and administrative duties as required.
Coordinate with production, finance, and management to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Support management with general sales and client service activities.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and general PC proficiency. Experience working on accounting software (advantageous).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and work well under pressure.
Professional, friendly, and confident approach to client interaction.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & ExperienceMatric (Grade 12) required.
Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (advantageous). 1–2 years’ experience in a sales or client service role preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing, advertising, or signage environment will be advantageous.
