Job Purpose:

To ensure proper financial planning, control, and reporting for all Company operations, maintaining compliance with statutory and corporate standards, and enabling informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Company’s financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
Execute invoice processing, expense control, payroll management, VAT & other tax reporting with accuracy and timeliness
Establish and maintain robust accounting processes aligned with statutory, IFRS, and internal requirements
Ensure the financial systems are compliant, reliable, and supportive of business growth and liquidity management
Prepare and submit monthly management reports and annual financial statements, including coordination of audits
Provide financial analysis and insights to management and headquarters to support decision-making
Lead budget planning, forecasting, and periodic revisions based on business needs
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities, ensuring liquidity and financial discipline
Oversee the credit function - including credit lines, collections, and risk control
Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization, supporting company scaling and growth initiatives
Ensure overall financial governance and business continuity through proactive leadership and collaboration
