🧱 Key Duties & Responsibilities

Pre-Contract / Tender Stage

• Prepare feasibility studies and preliminary cost estimates.

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents for tendering.

• Prepare and issue Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Schedules of Rates, and tender documentation.

• Conduct cost planning, value engineering, and budget forecasting.

• Evaluate tenders and assist with bid adjudications.

Post-Contract / Construction Stage

• Conduct measurement and valuation of works completed on site.

• Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts.

• Manage and monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost reports.

• Evaluate and manage variation orders, claims, and contractual issues.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure financial control.

• Provide cost advice throughout the project lifecycle.

General / Administrative

• Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.

• Prepare and present progress and cost reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.

• Participate in site meetings and project handover processes.
