Interpersonal Skills Responsibilities:
Coordination of construction teams and materials
Working closely with the Professional Team Knowledge of construction processes and contracts
Knowledge of trades Read and interpret drawings
Read and understand construction programmes and timeframes
Cost Control
SHEQ legislation and implementation
Staff Management & labour legislations Commercial practices and procedures Stores and materials
Read and interpret drawings Setting out and levelling of the works:
Quality Assurance / Control Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment
Knowledge of site administration systems

Minimum of 5 years Site Agent experience (not negotiable, ONSITE Experience) with at least three of these being at Senior Foreman level
Own transport and valid driver’s license (essential)
Computer Literate
Strong Leadership Skills and ability to delegate
Stable Career History
Planning Skills Problem Solving and Decision Making Conflict Management
