Role Overview
Seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong technical foundation, exceptional leadership capability, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence under pressure. The ideal candidate will combine strategic architectural vision with day-to-day technical leadership to ensure that our technology platforms and teams perform optimally and continue to scale effectively.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in:
- Network architecture and administration (LAN/WAN, routing, switching)
- Firewall and cybersecurity management
- Virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and scale technical teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities, including executive-level interaction.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving ability.
- Technically astute and highly analytical with excellent numerical and data-handling skills.
