Order processing and quotations
Respond to emails timeously
Check stock levels and production plan
Inform Customer on deliveries
Call Customers regularly to inform them about product information, new products, specials , promotions and to sort out all queries.
Computer literate, word and excel.
Sales and target driven
Team player , constant feedback to management.

Education: G12 or the above( Diploma on Marketing related will be advantage)
Experience: 3-4 years work experience at internal sales (prefer at Porcelain &Ceramic tiles area)
Good at Computer skills(Word &Excel)
Good at Soft ware skills (e.g.: SAP, Sage related )
Good at Interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure, good team player
