Job Title: Wireless Technician

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Wireless Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to install, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless networks and systems. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the network remains stable and secure, as well as providing support to end users in resolving issues related to wireless connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure wireless equipment, including routers, access points, and antennas
- Troubleshoot network issues and connectivity problems
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the network is secure and running smoothly
- Provide technical support to end users and assist in resolving wireless-related issues
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any problems that may arise
- Document network configurations and changes for future reference
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in wireless technology

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience working with wireless networks and systems
- Certifications such as CCNA or CWNA are preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of networking protocols, security measures, and troubleshooting techniques
