Job Title: Site HR Specialist

Job Type: Full-time/Shifts

Job Summary:
The Site HR Specialist is responsible for managing all HR functions at a specific location. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Site HR Specialist will work closely with site leadership to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process for all positions at the site, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with operational and health and safety issues of a workforce of 3200 employees
- Resolve conflict and grievances among employees in a fair and effective manner
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure all records and documentation are in compliance with company standards

Required Skills

Conflict Handling: 3 to 4 years
Communication Skills: 5 to 6 years
Computer Literate Experience: 5 to 6 years
Human Resource Manager: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR programs and initiatives
- SHRM certification is a plus
