Technical Sales & Operations Lead (Counter & Parts) - Boksburg

​Our client, a busy Lawnmower shop in Boksburg, is urgently seeking a highly experienced, results-focused leader to manage their parts counter and coordinate daily sales operations. This is a crucial management-track position that requires exceptional technical depth, proven sales ability and professional leadership skills. Must Drive Sales, Manage Teams and Own the Counter Operations. ​We are looking for a career professional with a history of stability, this is not an entry-level position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

​* ​Team Leadership: Act as the Team Leader for the sales counter, providing guidance, training, and support to other sales staff and coordinating workflow with workshop assistants/mechanics.

​* Sales & Service: Handle complex customer inquiries, diagnose mechanical issues, and ensure the counter team delivers expert, profitable sales of parts, services, and equipment.

​Administrative Reporting: Generate and manage various daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, including sales figures, inventory movement, and team productivity.

​* Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, inventory organization, and customer service delivery across the parts and service counter.

Working hours:

* Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm.

* Saturdays 7:30 - 1pm (and be available for scheduled shifts on some public holidays.)
