Diploma/degree in Nursing
Post Basic Child Nursing Science or Post Basic ICU (with Paediatric experience)
SANC registered
Shift leading experience
Minimum 5 years paediatric experienced
The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching
