Take Charge of Operations – Lead, Manage & Excel!

Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control designated sites and employees to ensure full compliance with SLA’s, company policies, and industry standards.
Ensure consistent service delivery and operational effectiveness across all allocated sites.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional interaction.
Manage discipline, performance, and attendance within your teams.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain the highest operational standards.
Prepare and submit accurate reports and feedback to management.

Minimum Requirements:

RSA Citizen
Valid Driver’s License and Own Reliable Transport
PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B)
Firearm Competency – Business Purposes
Clear Criminal Record
PC Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
Well-presented, confident, and professional
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry, with at least 2 years in a management role
Strong client liaison and relationship-building skills
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational demands
Proven ability to manage and discipline staff effectively
