We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the kitchen equipment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and proactively driving sales through cold calling and relationship building. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
Conduct cold calls to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Follow up on quotes, leads, and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline.
Develop strong product knowledge to assist clients with technical or product-related queries.
Work closely with the external sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process sales orders accurately and liaise with logistics for timely deliveries.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company’s professional image at all times.

Candidate Requirements
Key RequirementsMatric (Grade 12) – essential.
Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in internal sales, preferably within the kitchen equipment, catering, or hospitality supply industry.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and quotation preparation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent telephone manner and customer service orientation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using a CRM or ERP system will be an advantage.
Target-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
