Job Description:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Agents to assist with quotes, stock availability and general enquiries.

Hours: 8-5 Full-time, office-based
Location: Milnerton, Cape Town 
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Handle customer calls & emails
  • Process orders and manage databases
  • Send out promotions and product info
  • Check outgoing orders & assist with stock take
  • Handle complaints professionally

Candidate Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Strong communication & admin skills
  • Experience with sales or customer service
  • Computer literate (Excel, email, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Reliable and organized
