We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technician with hands-on experience in the service, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, specifically ovens and fryers. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical understanding of kitchen equipment operations, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and related appliances.
Diagnose faults and carry out corrective action in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct on-site inspections and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and reports.
Assist in identifying parts requirements and liaise with suppliers when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance issues and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and procedures while working on-site.
Support the broader technical team with general maintenance and installations as required.
