Duties:

Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
Answer intercom and switchboard; direct phone calls appropriately.
Email of Company Documents, Statements, Invoices and PODS
Filing Documents
Data entry and capturing
Petty Cash and Customer Cash Payments (Know how to work with Cash)
Stationary
Fill in Vender Forms

Candidate Requirements

Matric
Reception and Administration experience
SageX3 an advantage (Delivery Notes , Invoicing, Opening Accounts, Purchasing, Reports)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, organized, and professional
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Efficient, detail-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people
Must have a driver’s license and own reliable transport
Preferably residing in Alberton, Meyerton, Vaal Area.
Working Hours:
Weekdays 7:30 – 17:00. Fridays 7:30 – 15:00, No weekends or public holidays
