We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks related to HR functions as well as general office management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- Customer Service: 4 to 5 years
- Hr Admin: 4 to 5 years
- Microsoft Word,Excel: 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience in HR administration or office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
