Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
Answer intercom and switchboard;Â direct phone calls appropriately
SageX3 an advantage (Delivery Notes , Invoicing, Opening Accounts, Purchasing, Reports)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Email of Company Documents, Statements, Invoices and PODS
Filing Documents
Data entry and capturing
Petty Cash and Customer Cash Payments (Know how to work with Cash)
Stationary
Fill in Vender Forms

Must have a driverâs license and own drivable transport please.

Preferably looking for a person that stays in Alberton, Meyerton, Vaal Area. Must also have Matric.
