𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
✅ 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in an executive or senior management role.
✅ Proven success leading digital transformation in the insurance, fintech, or financial services sector.
✅ Strong expertise in systems integration, cloud architecture, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
✅ Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into effective technology delivery.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
