A leading South African food manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock control, cold-chain compliance, and timely dispatch of goods.

You will supervise and train staff, maintain FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, oversee inbound and outbound goods, and ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential); certification in Supply Chain advantageous
• 3–5 years’ warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG
• Knowledge of cold-chain logistics, inventory control, and food safety standards
• Experience with ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, or similar)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
