A leading South African food manufacturer is seeking a Production Planner to manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

You will coordinate production lines, ensure material availability, track stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and liaise with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to meet orders on time.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential); Certificate/Diploma in Production or Supply Chain advantageous
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook; ERP knowledge beneficial
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory control, cold chain handling, and FMCG operations
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards advantageous
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure
