Role Requirements
Qualifications
• Tertiary or trade certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (willingness to learn local languages advantageous).
• Ability to develop and deliver staff training programs and manuals.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a logistics or transport management role.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex logistics operations.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven approach.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of transport cost control.
• Computer literacy with experience in logistics management systems and reporting tools.
