Role Requirements
Qualifications
• BCom Accounting or relevant degree (essential).
• Post-graduate qualification in Business Management (advantageous).
Experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ accounting experience in a technical, engineering, or plant-based environment.
• Strong background in procurement, warehouse management, and stock control.
• Experience with payroll, accounting, and procurement systems (CMMS and Syspro preferred).
• Knowledge of production, power plant, or engineering environments advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, logical thinker with high accuracy levels.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and manage people effectively.
• Financial acumen with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency.
