Position: JUNIOR Demand & Supply Planner
Location: Cape Town

Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management

• 0–3 years’ relevant work experience

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of TOC, DDMRP, Lean, or Six Sigma an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook

• Experience with Syspro and OneBeat beneficial

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and verbal)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution planning and ensure timely, accurate delivery cycles

• Optimise production scheduling and job card creation

• Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor WIP reports, and adjust buffers

• Conduct freight analysis and optimise logistics costs

• Perform scenario planning and simulations for supply and demand changes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present at supply chain meetings
