Able to assist in executing the promotions strategy of your branch to increase and maximize sales within the branch.

Ensuring that there is consistent and world class performance by clerks, customer service (including dealing with complaints) and operating standards.

Implementing, monitoring, and overseeing the rostering of the clerks of the branch

Responsible for the administrational functions of the branch, ensuring compliance on all levels.

Ensuring compliance with policy and procedures of the Company

Ensuring branch compliance with FICA legislation

Ensure branch compliance with the KZN Gambling Act, regulations, and rules.

HR management, including ensuring all related administration is in place when disciplining staff.

Branch cash management

Reporting and assisting in resolving any operational issues to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the branch and maintaining the required operating standards within the branch related but not limited to Staffing, computer equipment, display equipment, branch connectivity, printers, televisions, branch furniture etc.

- Customer Service: 3 to 4 years
- Problem Solving: 2 to 3 years
- Management Skills: 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Strong PC skills (Outlook, MS Word and Excel, Gmail)
- Must be energetic and be prepared to work retail hours.
- Financial acumen
- Strong problem-solving skills due to the fast-moving environment and complexities of the business
- Effective communication with customers, staff, and Management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, manage, drive, and discipline a team of 15 - 70 staff members.
- Industry knowledge is not necessary, but it would be beneficial.
- At least 1 or more years sales experience in a managerial position.
- Proven sales track record – boosting productivity, etc.

- Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license are not required but it is preferred.
