An amazing new opportunity for a Strata Control Officer based in Northwest for one of our top mining clients.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Chamber of Mines Strata Control Certificate

• BSc (Honors) or BTech in Geology or Engineering Geology / Mining/Civil or Geotechnical Engineering

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Strata Control Officer in hard rock mining with five (5) years’ experience in bord and pillar trackless mining environment

• Knowledge of numerical modelling tools is an added advantage
