We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Junior Store Manager. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and achieving sales targets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.
Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. Manage and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking products. Promote and maintain a clean and organised store environment. Assist in creating and implementing promotional strategies to increase sales. Assist in preparing and analysing sales reports. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Must be detail-oriented and well organised. Valid driver’s licence and own transport required.'
