A well-established engineering company within the industrial ventilation sector is seeking a highly experienced National Servicing Manager to oversee and enhance its servicing operations across South Africa. Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate service activities, ensuring all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure clear communication and service excellence.
• Oversee workshop and field teams, manage costing, quoting, and invoicing, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Lead, motivate, and develop technical staff through performance reviews, training, and mentorship.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols to uphold the highest operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client equipment and spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Drive service expansion, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client retention and loyalty.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or trade qualification in mechanical, electrical, or a related field.
• Proven experience in servicing industrial or mining equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. 
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
