A dynamic manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Manager to lead the finance function, drive strategic financial initiatives, ensure compliance, and provide accurate financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Financial Department and implement internal financial controls.

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.

• Oversee statutory compliance, IFRS reporting, and annual audits.

• Optimize working capital, cash management, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Review and approve major capital expenditure and investment opportunities.

• Develop, manage, and motivate a team of finance professionals.

• Implement cost control measures and monitor expense management.

• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to provide financial insights.

• Ensure adherence to governance policies and outsourced service-level agreements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Minimum 10 years post-articles experience.

• Experience in mining, manufacturing, or contracting preferred.

• Strong financial planning, analysis, and commercial acumen.

• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with senior management.

• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
