Our client, who is an international award winner in their industry, has a vacancy for an experienced Group Leader.

Internationally acclaimed manufacturer has a vacancy for a Group Leader in the tooling department of one of their manufacturing plants in Cape Town. In this role, you must be able to provide effective leadership to ensure production targets are met, be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency, and maintain and adhere to manufacturing and quality standards.
 
Requirements:
NQF Level 4 Qualification
National Diploma in Production or Engineering field will be highly advantageous
3 Years of supervisory experience in the Manufacturing Industry
2 Years of experience working with Composites (Resin, Vinyl-Ester, Carbon Fibre)
Computer Literate in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Tooling or moulding shop experience will be highly advantageous
