We're Hiring: Customer Support Associate (Part-Time | Hybrid | South Africa)
EZINK, a fast-growing global eCommerce brand specialising in premium temporary tattoos, is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in South Africa.

This is a part-time hybrid position based in Cape Town, with the opportunity to grow into more hours based on performance. You’ll be a key player in our customer experience team, managing day-to-day support queries and helping customers through the custom tattoo project.

• Monday–Thursday: 10AM–2PM (Work from office – Cape Town)
• Friday: 10AM–2PM (Work from home)
• Pay: R2,500 per week (R125/hour)
• Hours: 20 hours per week, with scope to scale up

• Handle customer support via our CRM (Gorgias) and Shopify
• Manage the custom tattoo order and design approval process
• Troubleshoot shipping or order issues with the operations team
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and empathetically
• Maintain clear communication logs and ticket histories
