How you'll role

As an IoT System & Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a suite of IoT edge devices, ensuring seamless operation and integration with internal systems. You'll oversee Windows System Desktop Management and collaborate with clients to design and implement effective processes. Your expertise in communication technologies and hardware design will enhance project capabilities and success.

What you'll do

• Configure, deploy, and maintain IoT edge devices

• Monitor and troubleshoot IoT device connectivity, performance, and reliability

• Ensure secure and efficient operation of IoT devices

• Manage and support Windows system desktops

• Perform regular updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and business processes

• Design processes from initial client meetings to final drafts for developers

• Collaborate with developers to ensure systems are built according to specifications

• Implement communication protocols including serial, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, BLE, and mesh networks

• Utilize GPS technology within maps and devices and implement location-based services

• Test and validate IoT, RFID EPC Gen2, and NFC systems

• Develop portals and device readers for mobility applications

• Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements
