Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding accounts, payments, or service-related matters.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

• Update customer information and call outcomes accurately in the system.

• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department when necessary.

• Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements.

• Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement.
