Candidate Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide product information and quotations to customers.

• Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, pricing lists, and customer databases.

• Follow up on quotations and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and production) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) required

• A Sales or Business qualification is advantageous.

• Proven experience in internal sales or customer service.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must be criminally clear
