Join a manufacturing team as a Cost and Management Accountant in the Western Cape!

You will manage cost and financial processes, ensuring accurate product costing, profitability analysis, and compliance with financial policies. You will lead inventory control, investigate variances, and maintain ERP system integrity. Your expertise in cost management, financial reporting, and system improvements will support performance, reduce variability, and enable informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve margins, implement sustainable solutions, deliver timely reporting, and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and profit improvement initiatives while refining the Cost Management System.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of progressive financial experience, preferably as a Cost and Management Accountant in a food manufacturing environment. A B.Com specialising in Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, or Financial Management is required. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential, with Syspro experience being advantageous. Strong analytical abilities, effective communication, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines are key.
