CD Vision Marketing is currently seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join our team. We are a prominent sales and marketing company based in Burgersfort.

Instead of relying on traditional mass media advertising, we adopt a more proactive approach. Our experienced sales teams help our clients bridge the gap between indirect marketing and customer needs significantly. By developing rapport with prospective customers and addressing their specific needs through visual demonstrations and product samples, we achieve exceptional outcomes.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records and onboarding guides), and updating internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and take messages professionally.

Schedule interviews with a minimum return rate of 70%.

Capture daily applications and issue them to the admin office.

Assist with event bookings and signing contracts as needed.

Perform basic office duties while maintaining a positive attitude.

Keep a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

A valid Matric certificate and South African ID.

Clear criminal record.

Must be between the ages of 18-29.

Excellent telephone etiquette.

Strong team player with a willingness to grow.
