Holm Pathologists needs a dynamic individual to function as a Junior Financial Administrator in the Finance Department. The ideal candidate is an energetic, lively employee that likes challenges and working in a team.

Responsibilities include:

.         Switchboard

·         Confirming medical aid status on the internet

·         Capturing patient profile on Eminance

·         Handling of account queries – medical aid and private patients

·         Following up on outstanding accounts / age analysis

·         Payment receipting

·         Preparing refund requests

.         Invoicing

CLOSING DATE:  30TH NOVEMBER 2025

Required Skills

  • Invoicing > Issuing Invoices: 2 to 3 years
  • Medical Aids: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

 Grade 12 and either a qualification in the field or at least 3 years experience.

  •  Ability to communicate in both Afrikaans and English
  •  Financial administration experience in the medical field.
  •  Attention to detail
