Responsibilities

· Manage underground Gold Mining, Operations & Staff

· Manage about 400 mining staff

· Drive production efficiency (Grade vs Cost per tonne)

· Lead Shift planning and execution

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

· Oversee quality control and safe working practices

Requirements

· 15+ years Gold Mining Experience (Drill & Blast, Bag Mining, Scraper Winch, Conveyors, Reclamation)

· Mining Engineering Degree /Btech, Certificate of Competency, Blasting Certificate

· Legal Accountability 2.14.1 & 2.14.2 (MHSA 1996)

· Strong Managerial and Communication Skills

· Computer Literacy (Word, Excel)

· Medically Fit for work Underground
