- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets

- Support pricing strategies and bid development for major opportunities
- Build and administer forecasts and pipelines for your portfolio
- Drive sales performance for the portfolio, maintaining existing base and growing new business while eliminating churn
- Achieve targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Job Purpose:
You'll drive channel strategy and growth by recruiting, enabling, and managing channel partners across Sentiv’s telecommunications and mission-critical communications portfolio. Working within an assigned territory, you'll build and nurture partner relationships, ensuring partners are equipped and motivated to achieve sales targets that fuel Sentiv’s growth.
This is a strategic and consultative role, requiring strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage complex partner ecosystems for breakthrough results.

Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years experience in channel management, technology, telecommunications, or Two-way-Radio Communication solutions
- Proven track record of building and growing successful partner networks
- Experience with complex solution selling and managing lsales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow channel accounts
- Strong consultative selling and partner management abilities ,
- Technical sales skills will be a requirement
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Relationship building expertise with, technical decision-makers, and partner executives
- Business acumen with ability to develop financial justifications and business cases
- Understanding of mission-critical communications, ICT, or IoT markets preferred
- Business, IT, Communications, or Engineering degree/diploma (essential)
- Professional sales/channel management training or certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's licence with willingness to travel within territory
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills
