About the Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Hyrax, you’ll be responsible for creating fresh, competitive, and scroll-stopping designs for a wide range of campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Native. Your creativity will play a direct role in engaging audiences and elevating our ad performance.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Content Creation

• Develop visual concepts that align with marketing strategies and campaign goals
• Design original, scroll-stopping content that captures attention and drives engagement
• Translate briefs and key messages into visually compelling assets
• Proactively contribute new ideas for visual storytelling and creative strategy

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver integrated campaign materials
• Participate in regular creative discussions to align on timelines and objectives
• Clearly communicate to ensure design expectations are met — and exceeded

Asset Management & Delivery

• Prepare and deliver final graphics in the correct formats
• Organize, archive, and manage assets for future use
• Stay up to date with current design and marketing trends to ensure content remains fresh and competitive
