Are you passionate about food safety, compliance, and quality assurance in fast-paced food production environments? We are seeking a Food Safety Technologist to join a leading food manufacturing facility in the Western Cape, where you will play a vital role in upholding food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in operational excellence.

As the link between technical standards and factory operations, you will help ensure that food products are manufactured safely, legally, and to the highest quality – from raw material intake to finished goods.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Diploma/Degree in Food Technology/Food Science
5 years’ experience in a similar position
Within the Meat/Food Manufacturing industry
HACCP, FSSC 22000 and Auditing certification is a MUST
Candidates must reside in the Western Cape
