A leading property marketing environment is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist with strong experience in paid social and web advertising, preferably on Meta and Google Ads, to join their team in Durban. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute Paid Media Specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and qualified conversions by developing and executing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels. If you have experience in paid social and web advertising, a strong understanding of key digital metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) , and an ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment , we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Manage campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns across all channels to meet goals (e.g., ROAS, CPL).
• Conduct audience and keyword research to improve targeting and ad spend.
• Create ad copy, visuals, and video assets, and manage A/B tests.
• Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
• Manage the Meta pixel and app-event tracking.
• Establish UTM standards for cross-channel attribution.
• Track and report on campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversions) weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with creative teams for consistent social and web ads.
• Assist in budget allocation and ensure efficient spend and timely invoicing.
• Onboard new paid-ads clients: define objectives and configure accounts.
• Stay updated on the latest social, Google, and AI ad tools and best practices.
• Perform ad-hoc admin and project support tasks for execution.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years' experience in paid social and web advertising (Meta and Google Ads).
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with key digital metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic SEO understanding and familiarity with other advertising channels is a plus.
