We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Specialist (Paraplanner) for our esteemed client, based in Melrose North, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as a Private Client Wealth / Relationship Manager, specifically with high and ultra-high net worth clients. You should possess a recognized FSCA tertiary qualification, have passed the RE5 Exam, and be registered on an FSP license as a Representative. This role requires strong experience in investment advisory, financial planning, and estate planning, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Recognized FSCA tertiary qualification
RE5 Exam passed and currently registered on an FSP license as a Representative
Class of Business training completed (as per FSCA and company requirements)
3–5 years of experience as a Private Client Wealth / Relationship Manager, specifically working with high and ultra-high net worth clients
Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in investment advisory, financial planning, and estate planning
Valid driver’s license
Candidates must meet all Fit and Proper requirements, allowing them to be added to the company’s FSP license

DUTIES:

Build and maintain trusting relationships with private wealth clients.
Foster client confidence and goodwill by understanding and meeting their financial needs.
Provide investment advisory and financial planning services within a sales-oriented environment.
Ensure ethical and compliant conduct in all client interactions.
Deliver high-quality client servicing and relationship management for existing clients.
Assist with administrative duties related to client servicing and portfolio management.

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
