We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Agent to join our remote team. The primary focus of this role is telephone-based sales, engaging directly with potential clients to drive conversions and build strong relationships.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, digitally savvy, and passionate about travel, customer service, and sales. You will also assist with marketing activities, social media engagement, and email campaigns to support lead generation.

✅ Requirements

• Education: Matric (Grade 12) required. A short course or certificate in Marketing, Sales, or Social Media is an advantage.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telephone Sales, Marketing, or Social Media Management.

• Equipment: Candidates must have their own laptop and mobile phone with reliable internet access.

• Confident and persuasive communicator with excellent telephone sales ability.

• Computer literate – proficient in Google Sheets, email, CRM systems, and online platforms.

• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite).

• Creative flair with experience using Canva or similar tools.

• Passion for 4x4, camping, and the outdoors is a strong plus.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone sales to convert leads into bookings.

• Manage and follow up on enquiries from social media, email, and website.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Create and schedule engaging social media content.

• Design and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

• Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and handle payment follow-ups.

• Collaborate with management on sales and marketing strategies.

• Track results and suggest improvements for better performance.

• Ervaring: Minimum 1 jaar ondervinding in telefoniese verkope, bemarking of sosiale media bestuur.

• Toerusting: Kandidate moet hul eie skootrekenaar en selfoon hê met betroubare internettoegang.

• Selfversekerd en oortuigend oor die telefoon met uitstekende verkoopskommunikasie.

• Rekenaarvaardig – vaardig met Google Sheets, e-pos, CRM-stelsels en aanlyn platforms.

• Bou en handhaaf goeie kliënteverhoudings.

• Skep en beplan boeiende sosiale media-inhoud.

• Ontwerp en bestuur e-posveldtogte en nuusbriewe.

• Berei kwotasies, besprekings en betalingsopvolg voor.

• Werk saam met bestuur aan bemarking- en verkoopstrategieë.

• Monitor resultate en stel verbeterings voor.
