A well-known organisation within the ICT Sector based in Cape Town is seeking a Service Controller to join their team.

This individual will be responsible for managing & coordinating all income service requests.

Requirements:

Grade 12

Experience within a Customer Contact Centre

Strong Computer Literacy

The position is subject to a 3-month contract or a strict 3-month probation period.
