About us:



We are a leading name in automotive care, renowned for providing high-end detailing and paint protection film services. Recent global expansion has meant that we operate out of 10 different countries around the world with more global locations in the pipeline. The Marketing Director we are looking to hire will be an essential part of this global expansion and will be instrumental in setting and maintaining the global marketing standards.





Role Overview



This is not your traditional Marketing Director role. While you will be responsible for setting the strategic marketing direction, you will also need to be hands-on across different facets of the marketing department until we have the team in place. As we are expanding, you will play a key role in growing the marketing team and developing the structures needed to drive our global success. Working closely with the CEO and the Commercial Director, you’ll lead the charge on building campaigns, implementing innovative strategies, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with the business’s growth goals. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional with a passion for the automotive industry to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.







Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with the CEO and the Commercial Director to define and execute the marketing strategy and vision across all markets.

Be hands-on in covering multiple areas of marketing from strategy to execution—while the team is built up.

Build, develop, and scale the marketing team, implementing changes where necessary to align with business goals.

Oversee the launch of new products and services, with a proven ability to enter new markets and deliver measurable results.

Drive e-commerce strategies and performance marketing campaigns to increase revenue and brand presence.

- Contribute creatively to the direction of the business, adding innovative input that aligns with our brand.

Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure all campaigns deliver a solid return on investment.

Be a key player in driving our international expansion strategy across multiple countries.

- Cultivate a culture of high performance within the team, fostering growth and professional development.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, particularly in the automotive sector.





Required Experience:



Proven leadership experience in a Head of Marketing or Marketing Director role, ideally in a retail or services business.

Demonstrable success in launching products or services and entering new markets.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing.

Experience building and managing a marketing team, with excellent people management skills.

Excellent creative, communication, and copy-writing skills.

A passion for the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
