Requirements
Strong analytical and administrative skills.
RE5 Certificate (compulsory).
Full qualification as required by the FSCA to render advisory and intermediary services.
FAIS-accredited NQF Level 5 or 6 qualification in short-term insurance or a related field (e.g., marketing, business management, etc.).
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the short-term insurance industry (personal lines, commercial, claims handling, administration, and client service).
Computer literate with solid knowledge of relevant software and administrative systems.
Personal Attributes
Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

Vereistes
Sterk analitiese en administratiewe vaardighede.
RE5-sertifikaat (verpligtend).
Volledige kwalifikasie soos vereis deur die FSCA om advies- en intermediêre dienste te lewer.
FAIS-geakkrediteerde NQF-vlak 5 of 6 kwalifikasie in korttermynversekering of verwante veld (bv. bemarking, besigheidsbestuur, ens.).
Minimum van vyf (5) jaar ondervinding in die korttermynversekeringsbedryf (persoonlike lyne, kommersieel, eisehantering, administrasie en kliëntediens).
Rekenaarvaardig met goeie kennis van relevante sagteware en administratiewe prosesse.
Persoonlike Eienskappe
Hoogs georganiseerd, betroubaar en detail-gefokus.
Uitstekende kommunikeerder in sowel Afrikaans as Engels.
Kan onafhanklik funksioneer en doeltreffend onder druk werk.
Sterk probleemoplossings- en konflikhanteringsvaardighede.
Effektiewe tydsbestuur en die vermoë om prioriteite duidelik te stel.
