Job Title: Sales Representative – New Vehicles

Job Summary:
Isuzu Bloemfontein is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new vehicles at our dealership. The Sales Representative will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles, and negotiate sales terms to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
2. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
5. Negotiate sales terms and pricing to close deals and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Stay up-to-date on new vehicle models, pricing, and promotions to effectively promote and sell products.
7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of new vehicle models, features, and pricing.
7. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
