Salary: £700 GBP / ZAR 16,000 per month + 5% Commission on Each Invoice

Hours: Flexible – approx. 5–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday

We’re a UK-based agency with 9+ consultants covering Accountancy, Finance,

Automotive, Education, and Architecture.

Our head office is in London, but we’re now building a remote South African team to develop

new UK clients.

The Role

Reach out to UK firms to introduce our services and generate job leads.

Your target is to sign 3–5 new clients per week and help build our pipeline of active roles.

Key Responsibilities

• 120–150 outbound calls daily
• 30–40 emails daily with follow-ups
• Log activity accurately in CRM / Google Sheets
• Convert 3–5 new clients per week
• Handle objections confidently
• Collaborate with UK recruiters on new jobs

Earnings & Commission

Base Salary: £700 GBP / ZAR 16,000 per month

Commission: 5% of each invoice (regardless of fee agreed)

Example: Invoice £5,000 = £250 commission (≈ ZAR 5,700)

OTE £20,000–£25,000 per year based on performance
